Summer Sauce

I am not a big drinker, back in the day I could throw them back, but whoa….not anymore. One glass of wine puts a smile on my face! Plus, there’s a fine line between healthy alcohol consumption and not. I like to stay on the right side of the line. Last time I didn’t (my 20th high school reunion) I paid the price dearly. Who has a hangover that lasts 2 days? Carrying on….

It was a spur of the moment, impulsive decision, but as we were running around this weekend, we decided to buy some tequila. Being the tequila buying novices we are, we saw a pretty box, did a quick google search, saw it was a good price and a decent review and it was ours! Another quick google search for a sugar-free, low-carb margarita recipe and we were set (after a quick stop at the grocer for a few ingredients)!
