Saturday Snapshots: What 1/4 Cow Looks Like

Look what was delivered on Saturday. Mmmm, meat. We purchased this 1/4 from Hay Creek Farm located in Sebeka, MN. It is Galloway beef, grass fed and grass finished, no grains whatsoever. The farmer, Mark Fickes and his wife, actually delivered it to our house. How amazing is that?!
