I met some outstanding people in the low-carb community, this past spring, on the 2012 Low Carb Cruise. One of those people was Andrew DiMino, founder and president of CarbSmart, a free, online, low-carb magazine. On the cruise, CarbSmart presented “Low-Carb Success Stories”, in which I got up in front of the packed conference room and shared my low-carb story. In the time since the cruise, I was approached by CarbSmart managing editor, Dana Carpender, and asked to be a contributing author to this online low-carb healthy resource. Of course I happily accepted!
As an introduction to the CarbSmart readers, in my first article, I share my healing journey from adrenal fatigue. I have already submitted (not yet published) my second article, which is the first in a two-part series on stress and adrenal fatigue. Judging by the amount of e-mails I get on this topic, you’re not going to want to miss it.
I am very excited for this opportunity and look forward to continue to inspire my readers to live healthy in mind, body and spirit in an unhealthy world.
At CarbSmart, I am in great company; check out some of the other outstanding authors, (all of whom I met on the cruise):
Dana Carpender: Dana Carpender’s Hold The Toast Press
Caitlin Weeks: Grass Fed Girl
Amy Dungan: Healthy Low-Carb Living
Jimmy Moore: Jimmy Moore’s Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb

Congratulations. Looking forward to reading your articles
I think you’ll be great, Vanessa. Congrats!
