Super easy, super good, doctored up meat & veggies! All you need is 4 ingredients, 15 minutes and a few hungry bellies.
- 2 lbs. Grass-Fed Ground Beef
- 16 oz. Trader Joe's Frozen Spinach
- 1 Jar Trader Joe's Organic Marinara Sauce
- 1 lb. Organic Brussel's Sprouts
In cast iron skillet add beef and frozen spinach. On medium-high heat cook until beef is no longer pink. Drain. Add jar of sauce and turn heat to med-low to simmer. Cut stems off Brussel's sprouts and steam until tender. In my pressure cooker this took 4 minutes.
