Essential Rewards is an “optional” monthly autoship program for wholesale members. When enrolled in ER you get reduced shipping on your monthly order, plus you earn points to use on future purchases. The minimum monthly purchase requirement is 50PV, you can cancel at any time and skip one month out of 12. When enrolling in ER, you pick the autoship date as well as the essential oils or products you would like to receive each month.

1. Is it free to sign up for Essential Rewards?
Yes
2. What are the requirements?
You are required to spend 50 PV per month. For all of the consumable products (essential oils, supplements, etc.) $1=1PV. For non-consumable products the PV is a bit less.
3. Can I change my Essential Rewards order every month or do I have to order the same thing?
You can change the products in your order each month and you can even change the shipping date as needed.
4. What are the benefits of the Essential Rewards program?
Points: For every month you are enrolled in ER, you earn points to redeem for free product. Months 1-6 you earn 10% of PV back in points to be redeemed on future orders, months 7-12 it is 15% and month 13+ it is 20%. For example, if you are new to ER and spend 100PV you will get 10 points or $10 to spend on a future regular order.

5. How do I know how many points I have accumulated?
You can call Young Living 1-800-371-3515, use their live chat feature or just simply look by logging into your virtual office.
6. How can I redeem my points?

7. Is there a max as to how many points I can redeem?
Yes, you may use up to 350 points at one time and no more than 350 points per month.
8. What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your Essential Rewards at any time, but I encourage you to redeem your points first. If you cancel before you redeem your points, you will lose what you have accumulated. Remember, you can take one “skip month” every 12 months you are enrolled in Essential Rewards.
9. Is this program required in order to be a Young Living wholesale member?
No! It is just a fantastic option for those that want to earn free products.
