Popsicles bring out the kid in everyone! Avoid the unhealthy ingredients in store-bought popsicles like high-fructose corn syrup and toxic food dyes and instead make your own healthy popsicles. It's super simple and all you need is a few ingredients. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we have.
Here is my super simple recipe for making Fruit Creamsicles! I have made this with frozen blueberries, peaches, raspberries and strawberries. My 9-year old niece said they were the best tasting popsicles ever!
A few recipe notes…
♥ I prefer this brand of coconut milk because it comes in a BPA-free can. It is also organic and non-GMO verified.
♥ When it comes to fruit, be sure to check out my Guide to Healthy Produce. Many are on the “Dirty Dozen” list which means to avoid toxins, best to buy organic.
♥ If you are wondering about my choice of stevia, other than it being the best tasting, after much research, I am also confident in the quality. You can learn more by reading my Guide to Stevia.
♥ Finally, the popsicle molds are dishwasher safe and BPA-free.
I hope you enjoy this super simple summer time recipe!
