Easy Peasy 2 Ingredient Tomato Soup
Ingredients
- 14.5 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes with Garlic and Onion
- 1/4 c. Coconut Milk or Heavy Cream
Directions
- Add diced tomatoes and coconut milk to blender.
- Process on high until smooth. (Use soup variable if using Vitamix)
- If using high-speed blender, transfer soup to stovetop to heat.
- Enjoy!
