Paleo f(x) is the largest Paleo conference hosted annually. This was our first year attending and we most definitely plan to attend again. We went to learn and to network with others in the Paleo community and I would say mission accomplished. I had the opportunity to meet and hang with many of my blogging friends for the first time. I plan to do a follow-up post to share some of what we learned at the various lectures and panels, but today's post is all about the pictures.
The obligatory “selfie” of myself and my husband, Tom Nikkola, before taking off from Minneapolis, MN to Austin, TX for the 2014 Paleo f(x).
First night in Austin, TX we met up with Lindsey of Homemade Mommy and Karen of Holistically Engineered for dinner at Salt & Time Butcher Shop.
Started with this lovely appetizer of Pig Heart. Can't get more Paleo than that.

Tom and I standing in front of the original Whole Foods in Austin, TX.
Stacy & Matt of Paleo Parents and Danielle of Against All Grain hosted a blogger's brunch (sadly did not get a pic). This was some of the crew! Carol from Ditch The Wheat, Karen of Holistically Engineered and Caitlin from Grass Fed Girl. Also got to meet Mickey of Autoimmune Paleo and Sarah of The Paleo Mom.
How's this for a healthy Paleo brunch?
At the Expo checking out organic dresses with Sylvie from Hollywood Homestead, Emily from Holistic Squid, Jenni & Ben from The Urban Poser

A hail storm in the morning delayed ours and many others' flights for the day out of Austin. One more opportunity for some Texas barbecue.
