Your typical can of tomato soup has: tomato purée, water, wheat, flour, high fructose corn syrup, salt, ascorbic acid, flavoring, citric acid. I can say with utmost certainty, my version is healthier! Two ingredients to make this; organic tomatoes with garlic and onion and organic grass-fed cream. If you are avoiding dairy coconut cream works just fine. No added sugar or gluten necessary! Want to make it an entrée, add some protein, like chicken sausage.
You will need a high-speed blender to make this soup. The model of Vitamix we have, has a soup option on it, which means it heats as well as blends. If you are using a standard blender, you will need to heat this on your stove top.

- 14.5 oz. Can Organic Diced Tomatoes w/Garlic & Onion
- 4 Tbsp. Heavy Cream or Coconut Cream
Directions
- Add ingredients to your blender and purée on high for 2-3 minutes.
- Then transfer the soup to pan and heat on your stove top.
