I had my dad snap this picture today of my mom and me at the Mayo Clinic this morning. It makes me cry just looking at it. Will update on her progress for friends and family sometime this afternoon or tomorrow. It was a long three days for her, she had her annual routine tests, MRI, Pet Scan, EEG, Cognitive Testing, concluding today with a meeting with her neurologist to discuss changes and how to continue to manage her symptoms/disease going forward. Poor mom, could hardly keep her eyes open and slept in my arms while the neuro discussed with my dad and I his conclusions.
