At the request of Healthy Living How To reader, Judy, I made a short video to show you how easy it is to make dairy-free whipped cream with canned coconut milk a little vanilla stevia and an iSi Cream Whipper. If you aren't sensitive to dairy, then go all out and use real heavy whipping cream.
Dairy-Free Whipped Cream
- 1 13.5 fl oz. can Coconut Milk
- 15 drops Vanilla Stevia
- Vigorously shake coconut milk then chill in refrigerator for 8 hours.
- Remove from refrigerator, shake really well again.
- Pour coconut milk into iSi Cream Whipper
- Add stevia drops.
- Cover and shake.
