As promised in this post, I did make ribs for dinner. The taste was superb, however, the ribs were not “meaty” enough. The Almost Sugar-Free Barbeque Sauce baked on like a regular sugar-filled sauce would. These were oven-baked low and slow method.
- Pork Spare Ribs
- BBQ Sauce
Foil line baking sheet for easy clean-up. Brush ribs, I mean really brush ribs well with sauce. Bake at 225 for 5 1/2 hours. At the halfway mark, take them out and brush them again and return to oven. Load on the sauce. Finally at the 5 1/2 hour mark take them out and lightly brush them one more time and enjoy
